Return & Exchange Policy 

At Black Camels, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality, personalized garments that cater to your specific size and color preferences. Each creation is meticulously tailored to make it uniquely yours. 

Returns and Exchanges for Standard Orders: 

Regrettably, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for our standard orders due to the customized nature of our products. Because each item is crafted exclusively for its intended wearer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the original order. 

Returns and Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Products: 

If, in the unlikely event, you receive an item that deviates from your order (size, color, or design) or has a manufacturing defect, we are committed to addressing the issue and delivering the correct product. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds in these cases. 

To initiate a claim, customers must contact us and provide photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy. 

Conditions for Returns: 

To be considered for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  1. The item should not have been worn outside. 
  2. The product must remain in pristine, unworn condition, with no modifications or alterations permitted. 
  3. The product should be returned with its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and packaging materials. 
  4. The product should not have been laundered. 
  5. The product should be free from scents, including colognes or perfumes. 6. The product should contain no spots, stains, or blemishes. 
  6. Customers must initiate the return process within 18 business days from the item's receipt. International Orders and Returns: 

Currency: All purchases from this website are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). Banks and international credit/debit card issuers will determine exchange rates and may make additional charges, which you are liable to pay. 

Import Duties and Taxes: All orders are shipped from Pakistan. Any import duties and taxes payable will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges

must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office. 

Cost of Returns: Returns to us are at your cost, and you should keep evidence of having sent the items, such as a certificate of posting. In all cases, the items must be in their original condition. 

Additional Charges: If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to makeup or deodorant from trying on the item, the return will be refused, and the item will be returned to you with no claims provided. If there are any signs of wear, it will also be returned to the purchaser. If any of the return procedures have not been followed, and we have to return the item to you, a shipping fee of (Rs. ? to be added by owner) will need to be paid. The item will remain on hold until this fee is paid. 

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
